  • Welcome from Tyne Tees

    Welcome to the Tyne Tees Personal Finance Society, our membership covers the whole of the Northeast. I am the current Chair for the Tyne Tees PFS, supported by an excellent committee.

    We are here to support you in your personal development, through training and ongoing CPD. In addition to our Regional Conferences, in 2022 we will be providing additional Chartered Technical events, as well as other events to provide additional support.

    In conjunction with the CII’s Newcastle Institute, Omar Din has and will continue to organise specialist exam training days. Please keep an eye out for emails from the Newcastle Institute as well as referring to this page for updates.

  • Soft skills training

    We been busy organising the following soft skills and communications days being ran by Adam Owen, Past PFS President.

    Practical Soft Skills & Communication Workshop
    Wednesday 22nd June – 10:30am-3:30pm

    This one-day course focuses on building great client relationships. You will learn techniques to build trust and move fluently through the meeting agenda, whilst maintaining focus on the client’s needs. You will learn the six key questions that achieve a real understanding of the client’s objectives, enable you to recommend solutions based on real understanding and produce a compliant file.

    The cost is £50.00 per person.

    Practical Soft Skills & Communication Workshop Masterclass
    Thursday 23rd June – 10:30am-3:30pm

    This one-day course focuses on the tiny details that make the difference between good client relationships and great client relationships. During the day you will learn what your communication style says about you and how you can adapt the way that you communicate to instantly build rapport with those around you.

    The cost is £50.00 per person.
